From check in to check out all the staff was great. Especially great was the woman at reception Glena. She was so helpful and friendly and really made us feel well looked after. She went out of her way to answer our questions and we felt that she really cared about our experience at the Towneplace.

We lived in great family room with 2 beds and sofa bed. It was so clean, huge TV in every bedroom and in living room, very comfortable beds, modern style, even lockers with lights, delicious breakfast, we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend this hotel.

Got a suite, it was awesome having 2 bedrooms, the beds were comfy, kitchen was nice size had everything in it we needed. Breakfast was good
